Does it cost anything?
No. The diagnostic is free, and you are not agreeing to anything else by having one.
Why accountant access?
A diagnostic needs the audit log and the reconciliation history, and narrower QuickBooks roles do not show them. I still change nothing, and if you decide not to go ahead, I remove my access.
Do you work in QuickBooks Desktop?
No, only QuickBooks Online. If you are on Desktop, we talk about moving to QuickBooks Online first.
What do I actually get?
What I found and what I would do about it, usually in two or three business days, five at most. I usually show you on a call or in a short video, and you can have it in writing if you prefer. If a cleanup is needed, a fixed-fee quote comes with it. If your books are clean enough to work from, I also set up a one-page view of your numbers beside targets you choose.
Is there paperwork?
A short agreement, signed online, that says all of the above in writing: free, hands off, confidential, and no obligation.
